To process your Thailand DTV visa application, we collect only the information that Thai immigration authorities require. This typically includes your name, passport details, nationality, proof of income or funds, and health insurance documentation.
We collect nothing beyond what is strictly necessary to submit your application. We do not build profiles, track behaviour, or gather marketing data about you.
Your information is used for one purpose only: to prepare and submit your DTV visa application on your behalf. This includes reviewing your documents, checking eligibility, and liaising with the relevant Thai consulate or immigration authority.
We do not use your data for marketing, analytics, profiling, or any purpose beyond completing your application.
We do not share your data with any third party โ with the sole exception of Thai immigration authorities and consulates, to whom your application documents must be submitted as part of the official visa process.
We do not use advertising platforms, data brokers, analytics services that store personal data, or any other external party that would receive your information.
We keep your data only for as long as it takes to process your application. Once your DTV application has been submitted and the outcome confirmed, your documents and personal information are permanently deleted from our systems.
We do not maintain long-term client files or archive your data for future reference. If you return to use our services again, you will provide fresh information at that time.
The only exception is basic transaction records (payment amount and reference) which we are required to retain for a minimum of 5 years under Thai financial regulations. These records contain no passport, immigration, or document data.
While your data is in our care, we protect it with SSL/TLS encryption in transit, secure and access-controlled storage, and strict internal access controls. Only the consultant handling your application can view your information.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
You can request deletion of all personal data we hold about you at any time โ even mid-application. We will process your request within 7 days.
When you submit a deletion request, here is exactly what happens:
- Step 1 โ Data Summary: Before we delete anything, we will send you a full copy of all personal information we currently hold about you, so you have a clear record of what was stored.
- Step 2 โ Deletion: We permanently delete all your personal data from our systems within 7 days of your request.
- Step 3 โ Deletion Confirmation: Once deletion is complete, we will send you a written confirmation stating what was deleted, when it was deleted, and that no copies remain in our systems.
Note that if a deletion request is made while your application is still in progress, we may be unable to continue processing your visa. We will advise you of this before proceeding with any deletion.
Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies to keep the site functioning โ for example, to remember your progress through an application form. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that collect personal data.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar service that links your browsing activity to personal information.
All payments made through our website are processed directly through a secure, trusted third-party payment gateway. When you pay for a Migrify service, your transaction takes place entirely within that gateway's secure environment โ not on our servers.
- We never see your card number, bank details, or any financial credentials
- We never store any payment information on our systems
- Your payment data is encrypted end-to-end by the payment gateway
- All transactions are protected by the gateway's own fraud detection and security protocols
If we ever change this policy in a way that affects how we handle your data, we will update this page and notify active clients by email. Our core commitment โ that we do not store or share your data beyond what is required to process your application โ will not change.
